Hi I’m Zach, I’m an artist and graphic designer who is currently attending College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita. I’m working on developing my artistic and visual design skills before I transfer for a degree in Industrial Design. Art and design has always been important to me and I believe that design is a necessary form of communication that has the ability to impact lives and create positive change in individuals, communities, and industries. My influences as a designer are broad and I am passionate about everything from contemporary conceptual art to medieval woodcut print. I believe that having an eclectic selection of media for inspiration is a strength and makes me more versatile and creative designer that can innovate.
Artist Statement
I believe that all great design results from a conceptual artistic foundation and is art. I know that art is an expression of important truth and it is my job as a designer to seek out truth and express it with honesty and love.
